Who We Are
Our name is a reflection of our ethos - 'Saving is Caring.' We are a Christ-centered orphanage that believes in the power of love and support. This support extends beyond the basics of life; we provide educational supplies, Bibles, and local food like rice. We understand the high medical costs these children often face and strive to provide them with the necessary care they need.
We are the God Cares for All Orphans (GCAO), a Christ-centered organization working tirelessly for orphan care. Established in 2020 by locals in Jinja City, Uganda, our goal is to give the less privileged children in our community a future filled with love and care, daily.

What we believe
At God Cares For All Orphans (GCAO), we believe that every child deserves a future filled with love, care, and the opportunity to thrive. Established by locals in the rural regions of Jinja city in 2020, GCAO orphanage was born out of a mission to liberate and care for less privileged children within our community. Our commitment is unwavering, and our mission is simple: to provide a nurturing environment for over 50 orphaned children that we currently support.
Recognizing Opportunities to Survive to Thrive
With over 3 million children in Uganda, many starve to death, are forced into the army, or simply die of disease.
At our orphanage, we strive to set the standard in orphan care, ensuring we do our part in helping the world's most vulnerable children enjoy their life.
It is a privilege to connect with these children, learn more about them, and see the light they bring to the world, despite their circumstances.

Our Goal
Our ultimate goal is to ensure that these children have a promising future and a life that is well cared for and filled with love daily. We are dedicated to caring for underprivileged children who just need to be loved and cared for. Despite the challenging circumstances they were born into, we are committed to providing them with exceptional care. This is particularly true for those children who are HIV positive, for whom we request prayers.
Our Mission
Our mission is deeply rooted in sharing and caring. We believe in recognizing opportunities to help these children survive and thrive. We ensure they receive daily education, which is much needed for their personal and intellectual growth. We aim to instill values like integrity, responsibility, empathy, respect, determination, and sustainability in them.

Currently, we are supporting over 50 children, some of whom are HIV positive. Despite their challenging circumstances, we're committed to providing them with everything they need, from educational supplies and Bibles to basic necessities like rice and local food. However, the high medical costs pose a significant challenge.
